How BeSmart turns software work into governed missions with AI workstations — humans pilot, agents execute under control.
Agents Code (our Agent OS) orchestrates long-running development work as missions. Instead of a single opaque chat that “does everything,” we model a company of agents: product, architecture, development, review, QA — each with a role, a prompt, tools, and a workstation (Claude Code / Cursor).
What problem it solves
Teams waste time translating product knowledge into tickets, context-switching between tools, and losing the trail of why decisions were made. Agents Code turns documentation and intent into structured missions with traceability.
How it works
- A mission is created with a clear objective and constraints.
- Planning and specialist workers advance the mission through Temporal workflows.
- Employees are YAML + prompts + schemas — not hardcoded role logic.
- Workstations execute against the real repository under session context.
- Knowledge is published to graph/vector/catalog layers for reuse.
- Governance UI shows missions, sessions, timeline, and approval points.
Human control
The Agent OS assigns, contextualizes, observes, and audits. Claude or Cursor are tools on the workstation — they are not the company. Approval gates pause high-impact actions (deploy, schema, production) until a human decides.
If AI is involved, you know. If something ships, a human piloted it.
